Your photos stay on your device

BytePhoto processes the images you select locally. We do not upload your photos to a developer server. Temporary imported and exported files may remain in the app’s local storage until the operating system clears them or you delete the app. Files you save or share remain in the destination you choose.

No account, advertising or tracking

BytePhoto does not require an account and does not include developer analytics or advertising SDKs. We do not collect personal data through the app. Local preferences and purchase entitlements are stored on your device.

Purchases and system services

Apple processes purchases and provides purchase status through StoreKit. We do not receive payment-card details. Apple services, cloud file providers and destinations you choose when sharing are governed by their own privacy policies. Selecting a cloud-based photo or file may cause the system to download it to your device.

Support

If you email [email protected], we receive your email address and anything you choose to send. We use this information to respond to your request. You can ask us to delete your support correspondence.

Changes

Updates to this policy will be posted here with a revised effective date.
