Resize and compress photos on your iPhone or iPad.

Export a photo

1. Choose a photo from Photos or Files.
2. Choose JPEG or PNG and set the maximum edge.
3. Tap Preview export to inspect the result, then Share / save to export it.

Your original file is not changed. Imported images are limited to a maximum edge of 4,000 pixels. JPEG does not preserve transparency; use PNG when you need it.

BytePhoto Pro

The optional one-time upgrade unlocks batch exports and JPEG file-size targets. Target compression may reduce image dimensions to fit the requested limit. Check the preview before sharing.

Restore a purchase

Use Restore Purchases in Settings while signed into the same Apple Account used for the purchase. If Apple’s products are temporarily unavailable, try again with an internet connection.
